aller Anfang ist schwer -- the beginning

I like to fly kites, specally kites that I made myself. I began with that when I was young. Every autaum I made my kites with paper and wood. And with the stormy winds they flew, but newer much more than a few times. More than 10 years ago I started again. First only for the kids, but then with ripstop-nylon and glas- or carbonfiber more and more kites just for me. Up to now I have just some nice kites. The one that I like to fly best is one of the first: At the beginning 10 kites one behind the other, up to now there are 14 (have a look at first kites) and specally I like to fly it with music (Viennese waltz): dancing kites.

Mit Drachen lassen sich viele Dinge machen. Auch gibt es verschiedenartigste Drachen. Ich selber habe in meinen Jugendjahren schon jeden Herbst meine Drachen gebaut und steigen lassen. Damals noch waren es vor allem die Herbststürme, die dazu einluden, die Papierdrachen überlebten dann auch selten viel mehr als einen Herbst. Vor über 10 Jahren begann ich wieder dann mit dem Bauen von Drachen, mit Glas- und Kohlefaserstäben, bezogen mit Ripstopnylon. Daraus ist bis heute eine ansehnliche Kollektion geworden. Am liebsten fliege ich mein Gespann (siehe Drachen zum ersten) von zur Zeit 14 Drachen und das wenn möglich zu Walzermusik.

I am working on the page. Sorry, the quality of some pictures is not yet what it should be. I have a new scanner for slides and negatives and am not yet used to it properly. I intend to add a NEWS/COMMENT part as soon as possible, so that you can tell me, where I should improve the page. It will be change mderately from time to time, but as I do all of it in my spare time, I cannot garante anything. Please let me know you opinion and your wishes by email!
What do you think about german/english translation? For the moment I leave some parts in only one language. Please tell me, if you would like more information. I have no sponors at all, I hope that it will be possible to stay without any fee. If you want to use parts of my pictures for professional use, please let me know what you can afford for it. All original I have with me, so just ask for better pic-quality!
